Job Summary:
COMPANY NAME is preparing for the 2020 season with the re-launch of our food truck in late spring. In line with the standards of our brick-and-mortar location, the food truck is committed to the highest standards of hospitality. We are looking for a mature and reliable Dishwasher who can maintain a sparkling clean food truck kitchen. We are seeking an individual who has flexible availability and take pride in their work.
Responsibilities:
- Cleaning utensils, pots and pans, food prep surfaces, kitchen equipment, etc.
- Maintaining the general cleanliness, safety, and professional presentation of the food truck
- Trash disposal and linen bag removal
- Stocking and restocking supplies for cooks, cashiers, and customers
Qualifications and skills:
- Ability to work on your feet for eight hours or more a day
- Comfortable working with a team in a small and fast-paced kitchen environment
- Excellent verbal communication and organization skills
- Must be able to lift at least 40 pounds at a time on a regular basis
