When traveling outside of the US, your international IP address will need to be approved by our tech team. In the meantime, here are two other options that could help:
Use a Mobile HotSpot
Connect your laptop to your mobile HotSpot as your wifi network. Log into KitchenSync as normal.
Use a VPN (virtual private network)
Download and use a free VPN such as the free version of Proton VPN when traveling to access KitchenSync. Once downloaded and account is setup, select "United States" from the free locations list and press "connect". Once connected, you should be able to log into KitchenSync as normal. You are able to use this app on desktop or mobile devices.
IP Approval
Lastly, if you will be staying in one location for an extended period of time, send us your IP address and our tech team will approve it. This approval takes about 24-48 hours.
