How Do I Rehire an Employee?

This article guides you through the process of rehiring an employee in the Teams onboarding portal.

Steps to Rehire an Employee:

  1. Log in to Teams.kitchensync.us. 
  2. Navigate to the Inactive Tab. 
  3. Search for the employee you want to rehire. 
  4. Click on their name to open their profile.
  5. Click the Re-Hire Employee in the top-right corner. 
  6. Enter the employees' rehire details in the pop-up window. 

Once completed, the employee will receive a new onboarding survey. They'll need to sign a new onboarding packet and present their work authorization documents for a new Form I-9.
