How do my employees update their Federal Withholdings in Paylocity?
This is a step by step guide for employees to update their federal withholdings directly in Paylocity.
Make sure that you are logging into the actual website and not the Paylocity App.
1. Once logged in, select Employees.
2. Select Employee Payroll File
3. Select Taxes
4. Select Federal Income Tax
Once you have made your edits, be sure to review your next paystub to ensure that your taxes look accurate based on your changes. If you have questions or are having troubles changing your taxes, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org.
