New York Employers: What is needed to report employees to the state if they refuse to return to work?

This article will let you know what information is needed to report to NYS Department of Labor if employees refuse to return to work.

If the claimant refuses rehire or fails to report to work, you will need to provide in writing to either KitchenSync or NY directly in writing.

When you notify us, provide:

▪ The date the claimant refused work or failed to report to work

▪ The type of employment offered

▪ The wages offered for the position
