- Copy of your existing employee handbook (if it exists) and any other customized onboarding documentation you have been using
Team Management:
- Contact information for your staff who will be responsible for onboarding new employees and a list of their departmental info viewing restrictions
- Workers Comp policy information (carrier name, address, phone, and policy number)
Compliance:
- Copy of your existing employee handbook (if it exists) and any other customized onboarding documentation you have been using
- Current records of who has completed harassment, food safety, and alcohol safety trainings and when the trainings expire
- COVID vaccine records
- Active employee contact information
- Access to active employees' files
- Direction on whether any existing employees need to be re-onboarded
- Up-to-date list of active employees (or really, just make sure your inactive employees are terminated in your POS)
Benefit Sourcing:
- Copies of any existing benefit plan summaries
- Logins for any existing benefit plan summaries
- Contact info for benefit decision-maker
Benefit Administration:
- Copies of any existing benefit plan summaries and enrollment paperwork
