This will give a timeline for clients using KitchenSync labor module and clients still using CTUIT.
KitchenSync Payroll Module Clients:
KitchenSync asks that clients using the payroll module to have their time-clocks committed and payroll summaries submitted by 9pm PST Tuesdays the week of their check dates. Doing so alerts us that we can prepare and process the checks on Wednesday for Thursday delivery.
We do allow for some clients to commit and submit on Wednesdays, but prefer they do so as soon as possible. This would allow for the payroll team to prepare the checks early Thursday mornings for Friday delivery.
Please be aware that any time-clocks committed and payroll summaries submitted on Thursdays, prepare to have checks possibly delivered on Mondays. We cannot always guarantee that checks will be prepared in time for a Friday delivery. KitchenSync does try our best to ensure checks for Friday, but some things do occur that might impact that result.
KitchenSync CTUIT Clients:
KitchenSync asks that clients using CTUIT to have their hours certified and payroll templates sent over the Monday evenings the week of their check dates. Doing so alerts us that we can prepare the previews Tuesday morning.
We will then email the previews over for final approval. The latest we can accept in your payroll processors for Thursday delivery would be 3p PST on Wednesdays.
Please be aware that any hours certified after Monday evenings will have previews prepared on Wednesday mornings and could delay the time we have to ensure timely processing. We cannot always guarantee that checks will be prepared in time for a Friday delivery. KitchenSync does try our best to ensure checks for Friday, but some things do occur that might impact that result.
