The chart below shows the time line it will take for Paychex to have a payroll account open. The clock starts once all documents are signed and received by Paychex.
The Payroll Coordinator will ask that KithenSync and Client try to have everything over to Paychex at least 2 weeks prior to your first check date if you are in the 50-100 employees, 1 1/2 week if you are in the 26-49 employees, and 1 week if you fall into the 1-25 employees.
